December Review

Theres a good reason I've been slacking so much with blogging as of late. I'm busy! Between getting promoted at both my jobs, my fabulous friends, my cutie pie <3 of a boyfriend and my bitch cat I hardly have any time to get any blogging done. So here is my December review:

Dec 12th
My dear friend Chad is pretty amazing.
He also makes a tux look good. Watch out boys!

This year he sang with the Tangelwood Choir and the Boston Symphony Orchestra for the Holiday Pops concert. Even though I'm not a huge fan of Christmas music I had a fantastic time. Sitting that close to an orchestra was exhilarating. I very much want to go to Symphony Hall again soon and listen to them play.

Dec 16th
Who needs the Nutcracker when you can go to the Slutcracker?
Alternative holiday cheer? Ok!

Steph, Juliee and I went to a fancy dinner and then enjoyed a burlesque rendition of the Nutcracker.

Dec 22nd
Laura enjoyes hosting parties for all occasions and at her Happy Christmukkah Party she gave me a present!

Showing off my new foodie game which should prove to be educational due to the fact that most of the questions are really hard. Jay is looking super cute here modeling his new Christmas socks.

Jay is 5 min early for everything.

He teleported to my door with an apple pie and candles and a really sweet card that made me cry. I couldn't think of a better way to start my birthday.

Dec 28th
Whatcha going to do for your 30th birthday party?
Go bowling of corse.

I rolled a 161 my first game. Ya that's right I'm awesome.

It still amazes me how everything always seems to fall into place. All just in time for my 30th birthday. What can I say I'm extremely lucky and I have a fabulous life. 2011 was a fantastic year. I'm excited to see what the next one will have in store for me.

I have a lot of love for eating at Coppa with Laura. We went for brunch today and Coppa gave us some love back with the pizza special of the day

Valentines Day

Laura and I went to Coppa for a romantic Valentines Day dinner.
She was and is always a delightful date!

Baking apple pie with Laura

Laura enjoys baking, so I've been on her about baking me a pie. Apparently in order to get my pie I had to help. I'm proud that baking while baking turned out fabulously. The pie was delicious!


I was in charge of peeling the apples. I'm a good helper.


Laura did all of the measuring and mixing.




We baked cheddah right into the pie crust. Such a great idea. Yum.

Laura's birthday dinner was absolutely delightful. We went to Toro for dinner and as always it was delicious.

It was really fun to meet Lauras friends.

Love my ladies who like to lunch!

There seems to be a couple of recurring themes in my life lately. Lunching with the ladies is my favorite one. I find myself eating at the same places a lot lately. They are just so good i can't help but go back. This week it was back to Toro for lunch on Monday with Laura. She is much more adventurous then I am when it comes to eating strange food.

She's eating tongue. In my opinion ewww but she says it tastes like corn beef, also ewww in my opinion.

The other place I have been going to frequently is the Otherside Cafe. I'm obsessed with the veggie burrito from there but lately I've been getting the fresh mozzarella n tomato sandwitch and adding avocado to it. yum yum. Today Rose and Steph joined me.

So a blond and burnette and a redhead are eating lunch on a patio...
