Sunday Jay took me on a road trip to the Wachusett Reservoir.


We enjoyed a delightful day walking through the trees and truly appreciating being outdoors.

Monday morning I jumped into the car with 3 fantastic women and drove to Provincetown

I love living in a creative house. If you tune into sub.fm from 8-10 every Saturday night you can hear the the boys of Bassic Boston on the decks and the mic. They also happen to be broadcasting from my house. I enjoyed a rare Saturday night off and got watch all the action live.

Even though the weather is still shit and cold and spring is just a huge tease, I've been having a good time. When the sun is out in the middle of the afternoon I try n go out for a walk to try and enjoy what I can.

Monday night the Deftones were playing at the House of Blues. It was my first time seeing them which is crazy considering how long I've been a fan of their music. It was pretty amazing.

I went a walk through the Boston Public Gardens this week and some of the trees have gotten the memo that even though it's cold, spring is on the way.

Words With Friends has become one of my favorite games. Unfortunately not all my friends can play it with me. There is however another scrabble like game called Wordfeud. I still prefer playing WWF but Wordfeud has it's advantages. One of which is the ability to play different words.

Utah Day 9: Last outlook

Utah Evening of Day 8: Khan

I spent my last night talking and listening to music with Jon and Danny. I was looking through Jon's iTunes and came across the soundtrack for Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan. This is what happened:



Also Daddy came by to drop some things off and even he thought it was mildly entertaining. My Dad btw is pretty AMAZING!

Utah Day 8: Tess and Zoey

For my last official day in Utah I headed over to see Tess and Zoey.


I made myself a grilled cheese with a fried egg on top. Delicious!

We took a trip to the The Living Planet Aquarium and had a fantastic time.

Utah Day 7: Snowboarding and more snow!

Here I was thinking it was spring. Nope not so much. Went up to Brighton again for one last day of riding. Went up early and got in a few good runs before it starting snowing.

Utah Day 6: Snowboarding and Chelsie

My girl Chelsie

drove up from Vegas to hang out with me for the weekend. It's been too long since we've gotten to hang out. I'm so glad she came up.


She was also brave enough to come skiing with me. Being the first officail day of spring one would think it would be slightly sunny and warm. This was not the case and we instead had white out conditions at the top of the mountain.


Fresh powder is fun to ski/board in but it's hard on your legs.

We both had a fabulous day regardless of the wind chill.

Utah Day 5: Zoo Day and Quick Wits

In honor of spring Tess Tim and Zoey were going to the Hogel Zoo so of corse I had to tag along.

I have been lucky enough to have been staying with my friend Jon and his awesome dog Buddy this trip.


Jon has been involved with the Quick Wits (a standup improv comedy troop) for a while but I hadn't had the opportunity to see him in action until now. I was crying I was laughing so hard. This is a video two games combined. One is called Mousetrap and the other involves spiting water at each other. Genius

Utah Day 4: Snowboarding and Spring

Got up before it was light out to prepare for a day of snowboarding up at Brighton. It was totally worth it. Got it a ton of runs early before my legs tuned to jello.

After we finished for the day we had to stop by my parents house so my dad could drop off his gear and to my delight I saw some more signs of spring:

Went on a walk with Tess and Zoey and the puppy's in Tanner Park. We saw a few small signs of spring. Yay!
